He has an entrepreneurial spirit and broad-based industry accomplishments with small business to Fortune 50 firms that achieved customer needs, increased market penetration and attained revenue goals with ability to analyze business drivers, develop actionable goals to meet ROI milestones, and the leadership ability to envision the market, plan the strategy, execute the plan and attain business objectives.  

Sandy holds an Entrepreneurial MBA, a Masters in Economics, and is an Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation Fellow.  He has proven core competencies in: Strategic Planning, Business Development, Leadership, and Client Management with P&L, Program Management, and Proposal Development Skills. In addition, he is a contributing author on Free Cash Flow, and is presently authoring a book entitled "See the Green$: The Achievement of Your Entrepreneurial Dreams".
