 Sequoyah Associates [SA] prices its work on a flat, market-based rate that is very competitive which remains consistent throughout a client engagement. We are very sensitive to pricing and it is our philosophy to establish a total price/fee that is representative of the work to be done, and nothing more. The total price for an engagement is dependent on the service offering requested, after consultation with each individual client.

We offer a FREE one-hour consultation service to assess client needs, focus and situation. Following our consultation, we prepare a service offering proposal which will include a description of work to be performed, the rate and total fee for the service offering or offerings performed, and the estimated delivery date.

We ascribe to the truism that by meeting the needs of you the client, the customer becomes a client. It is our intent and objective to build on that relationship by continually providing service offerings that meet your needs as you grow. 

Please give us a call for a complimentary assessment of your current business need and disclosure of our base hourly rate for all services. We believe you will find that we are very competitive for small business enterprises and are priced so that you can succeed in meeting your business objectives and needs.

Our Approach  

When you become a SA client, we work with you on an independent, individual basis to continually strengthen your trust, confidence and faith in SA to meet your business needs. We deeply value the client relationship that begins with our initial conference and consultation.

During the service offering development, there will be times that we will need to exchange ideas, assess information and data, and discuss progress on a consultation/ coaching basis. The time allocated for this will be included in the service offering price. 
 

Following completion of our initial service offering engagement, we provide on-going consultation and coaching, and remain available to help you meet and achieve your vision.


Paying For Services  

When you become a SA client, following acceptance of our service offering proposal, one third of our total fee will be due upon agreement, one third will be due with the delivery of a working draft, and one third due upon completion and acceptance of the deliverable. 
Sequoyah Associates [SA] uses PayPal for all of its invoicing and accounts receivable billing.
